About the Owner

Ian Mackrell

MSc BSc MClarb

Ian has more than 15 years of experience in the construction and claims industry as project engineer, planning engineer, project control manager and forensic planning engineer. 

​

Ian completed his BSc in Applied Physics in 2000 and subsequently his MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration in 2012.  Ian gained experience as a forensic planning engineer and delay expert within a consultancy firm from 2013, trained as an expert witness in 2016, and set up his own company in 2017.  Ian has since provided expert services and advisory support for either solicitors in dispute resolution or litigation proceedings, claims consultancy firms and/or Employers, Contractors and Sub-contractors providing objective opinions pertaining to time related disputes.

Ian values the clients budget and specialises in providing prompt preliminary findings and full particularised reports for proceedings.
