Preparation of claim for a reasonable time to complete due to the ambiguous contractual completion dates and critical delays caused by lack of access, increased quantities and modifications to the Works.  This subsequently led to Arbitration where duties then included assisting the lawyers (German law) for preparation of the Statement of Claim.
